I walked 1.25 miles on an incline on the treadmill. Only started back on exercise a week ago since having surgery

Living in League City, I’m in the Houston market. I didn’t realize the Texans are playing at home at noon so the Cowboys are blacked out here. Fml

At least I have the Horns on TV1 still. TV2 reluctantly on the Texans.

went way too big yesterday had a family Christmas and I ate so much. gonna be worthless the rest of the day and play some call of duty. I quit playing games a very long time ago but got the new call of duty this winter to play with some family and friends online and I like this one a lot better. They tried to get me to play the previous one and even gave me a ps4 but I couldn’t get into it.

I don’t think the wind chill is going to be above zero all week this week. Going to be a very very long week and trying to get some major projects done before year end it’s not looking good. I don’t mind the cold but when u add the wind it’s no longer just cold weather it’s a different beast everything freezes faster than u can thaw it. Looking at 3 days straight of -20 to -40 get your wood chopped up boys
