Any good advice on where to donate a car?

I've donated 2 to Dallas Can Academy (obviously in Dallas). There are other places around the country like Kars for Kids that will come tow your car and auction it. They keep the money but you get the tax form for a tax deduction.
Find out who does that in your area and call them. You pay nothing even for the tow. Takes about 3 weeks for them to auction and send the paperwork to you. You will have to sign over your title to them when they pick up your car.
