Aaron Rodgers has probably made at least 5 of the ten best passes I've ever seen. He's not the best QB ever, that's undeniably Brady, but he is the best passer ever.
Having said that, I've seen several QBs make a pass like this, including some UT QBs who weren't even fit for college play, much less NFL.
