They have the money to do so, meanwhile the USA has a whole world to take care of,a whole world peace to maintain, countless wars to fight(one after another) a one world agenda to push forward, and a status quo to maintain. All those things cost billions in dollars and the government is left with nothing much to spend on such mega projects. IMO

In the US, we fight eachother so much that we can't finish fairly flimsy wall to stretch across our southern border. Meanwhile they are building a wall that you live inside of in the friggin desert. Neat.
