I accidentally delete the SQL server we had all the posts on. So I had to restore everything from a backup we had from June 1st.
 
I don't think so. It saves posts and posts information on the SQL server. So things like images and videos are stored in a file manager, but actual forum post text gets protected in the SQL server.

I've been freaking out about this all day. We only do backups once a month to save space, but Mac and I have come up with a way to do daily backups and keep them on a separate server to save space on the webserver. I wish there were a way to recover the articles published the past couple of days, but I can't find them anywhere on the webserver.
