The best albums of your first four bands were in the late 80’s and up until mid-90’s. Same with Soundgarden, Alice In Chains, Pumpkins and Jane’s Addiction.
I’m not a fan of any of the others you listed, so my statement holds true for me personally that late 90’s was generally bad.
