Have had a full rack marinating since last night
$50 of meat these days, paid $30 for two strips last night at Publix.....Two fat boy ribeyes that are marbled to hell and back. Lucky for me the rest of the family have cut meat out of their diet!
I hear you brother. Meat is sky high these days. But there is no substitute for a great steak. A perfectly cooked thick rib-eye is my DEATH ROW MEAL!

Just discovered this about 2 months ago at the local grocery store. This and Sweet Heat is all I use now. Excellent stuff right there.
