What’s everyone grilling/smoking this weekend?

Not sure, but I'll be thinking about it tonight, and probably cooking Sunday night. Been wanting to do a pork shoulder but not sure this is the weekend.

Ever seen a tomahawk t-bone?

Thought it was a joke until I saw it at a second meat market.

I just eat stuff. Not a fancy ass griller like some of you folks.
I wouldn’t say I’m fancy but I’m sitting here nervous you may ruin those beauties! It’s in the pit of my stomach and very similar to when my wife drives

I love ya bro! Just sayin the gif I FIFY with was how I’m picturing you with those beauties on the grill….I’m 😥😬 😳 while pondering if it worth seeing if your an ATL bro that I can come save.

naw dawg, I do just fine with steak type thicknesses. ribs, shoulders... more finesse type stuff I shy away from.

people always ask where I like to eat at, I respond that I can cook a better steak than any have ever had to pay for. plus I can go get a beer any time I want.

Hope they are close to as good as I’ve been imagining! Enjoy!

Check your local Kroger they might have good deals this weekend or if you’re a native of Huntsville you can check out the Madison Kroger. Boston Butt at 0.99/pound.

That’s not a T bone. That’s a Tomahawk ribeye steak.

The T bone steak has a T shaped bone that separates a loin steak and a strip.

It should be obvious with the giant rib bone. They look cool but taste the same as a bone in ribeye. The extra bone is just for presentation points and increased weight in order to charge more to the purchaser.

I would eat. And dog would be happy after.

Yeah, they’re overpriced. Gotta buddy who owns a restaurant and makes a killing off those. I’ve seen where they’ve had good deals at Publix on them before. Otherwise, just give me a regular boneless Ribeye.

Ya, at a restaurant they are the biggest waste of money possible. You're literally paying 4x more because they didn't cut the bone off.
