Employer’s Mandating Vaccinations as a condition for employment?





1. SIDNEY POWELL RESOURCE



When you hear that EEOC guidance says “your employer can require you to get a vaccine,” this is false/ mistaken: EUAs have to have the Option to Refuse and the right to Informed Consent for EUAs. The EEOC's guidance updated on May 28, 2021, only states that "federal EEO laws do not prevent an employer from requiring all employees physically entering the workplace to be vaccinated…"[1] It does not address 21 USCS § 360bbb-3, which relates to EUAs and the option to refuse.



This is called a word game or word salad.



There is Potential Liability on Employers or Universities that Mandate Vaccines if an Employee or Student suffers any Side Effects or Death from a mandatory EUA vaccine.

A refusal to sign this will make more clear your right to refuse the jab to the organization pressuring you.

The lone halt by the Judge was further halted over the weekend by a three judge panel in the chain, it was described by them as egregious overreach. Let's see if that brain dead zombie can smoke that. Once again it was called unconstitutional and slo joe does not have the authority to mandate anything, his name was used so that should set the tone for a lot of lawsuits. Tonight's news says even democrats do not expect slo joe to last another 3 years. Me either !

My employer today announced they are moving forward with jab requirement even though the mandates are getting shut down. Said it is because they are a government contractor, but they will consider religious exemptions . So I guess I get to dive into this thread and figure out how to do it.
