Get rid of single family housing so that suburbs have huge apartment complexes instead of single family homes.
It's part of OBiden's infrastructure desires. To remove all local zoning laws and nationalize them. Will allow the government to be able to dictate what type houses and what they are used for across the country. Just like rules to mandate certain people be interviewed for HC positions in sports, they will make you offer your home to those who want to convert it to multifamily or bulldoze it for a 4-6 unit complex before being allowed to sell to the buyer of your choice.
