Tax accountants ASSEMBLE!!! Recovery Rebate Credit

Some have claimed their accountants are including the Recovery Rebate Tax Credit on their returns even though they were well above the income cap in 2020. Is there any feedback the experts can share on that? I’d love to apply that credit but we are way above the married filing jointly income level.
