Pat Flood (@rebarcock) passed away 9/21/25. Pat played a huge role in encouraging the devolopmemt of this site and donated the very first dollar to get it started. Watch out. They can jump pretty far. We used to just call them jumping spiders. When I was a kid killing one in my granny’s house was a big time no no. It’s fun to watch them take down a fly. Some of them have three orange dots instead of white
