Pat Flood (@rebarcock) passed away 9/21/25. Pat played a huge role in encouraging the devolopmemt of this site and donated the very first dollar to get it started. Check the thread at the top of the board for the obituary and please feel free to pay your respects there. I am going to get all the content from that thread over to his family so they can see how many people really cared for Pat. He loved to share stories and always wanted everyone else to share theirs too. A great way we can honor him is to share a story of your own in his 'Rebarcock. tells a story thread, linked here!

I’m not going to name which company as it is tied to the family, but the State of SC was buying refrigerated trailers from said company that were years old to simply pick up meth bodies. Damn reefers could’ve been sold for 30% of what the state was willing to pay.
Have a druggy loser cousin who was locked up for a couple years here in SC. He would call me once in awhile. I always thought it was weird that it was never a collect call from a prison phone. He'd just use somebody's cell phone. Apparently phones and drugs are super easy to get when you are locked up.
I used to buy some fire pinner joints from the work release guys I worked with at a car wash in high school.... $3 each
