If it really mattered….you would be correct.
Problem is….the Dems control the leg. In Illinois and are about to redraw the map to eliminate that Rep seat.

The vote today reminded the Dems that he would NEVER be more than a 40-60% vote for them. So today finished off the POS that is Kinzinger.

Funny thing to realize though:
