Prove to me that this does not equal 1

The answer is 9. I originally got it wrong thinking i was smart with my PEMDAS.

However, the correct answer is 9.

6 / 2 * 3 = 9

Even though in PEMDAS the "Multiplcation" comes before "Division", in reality they carry equal weight.

SO you need to do the 6/2 = 3 calculation first

which leaves you with 3*3 =9

Maybe everyone else already knew this and i am retart?

this is exactly correct. Multiplication and division are equal, so you go from left to right to solve the equation
