It invests in companies to keep the Central Intelligence Agency, and other intelligence agencies, equipped with the latest in information technology in support of United States intelligence capability.

The name "In-Q-Tel" is an intentional reference to Q, the fictional inventor who supplies technology to James Bond.

--Govt (taxpayer) funded Venture Capital firm.

Predecessor
-Peleus.

Founded
-September 29, 1999 (as Peleus).

Originally named Peleus and known as In-Q-It, In-Q-Tel was "the brainchild" of former Director of Central Intelligence George Tenet.

Gilman Louie was In-Q-Tel's first CEO and Norm Augustine, a former CEO of Lockheed Martin, led the board of directors.

In-Q-Tel's mission is to identify and invest in companies developing cutting-edge technologies that serve United States national security interests.

Congress approved funding for In-Q-Tel, which was increased in later years.

Origins of the corporation can also be traced to Ruth A. David, who headed the Central Intelligence Agency's Directorate of Science & Technology in the 1990s and promoted the importance of rapidly advancing information technology for the CIA.

In-Q-Tel now engages with entrepreneurs, growth companies, researchers, and venture capitalists to deliver technologies that provide superior capabilities for the CIA, DIA, NGA, and the wider intelligence community.

In-Q-Tel concentrates on three broad commercial technology areas: software, infrastructure and materials sciences.

In-Q-Tel sold 5,636 shares of Google, worth over US$2.2 million, on November 15, 2005.

The share transfer was a result of Google's acquisition of Keyhole, Inc, the CIA-funded satellite mapping software now known as Google Earth.

In August 2006, In-Q-Tel reviewed more than 5,800 business plans and invested approximately $150M in more than 90 companies.

As of 2016, In-Q-Tel listed 325 investments, but more than 100 were secret, according to the Washington Post.

Palantir Metropolis (formerly known as Palantir Finance) was software for data integration, information management and quantitative analytics.

The software connects to commercial, proprietary and public data sets and discovers trends, relationships and anomalies, including predictive analytics.

Aided by 120 "forward-deployed engineers" of Palantir during 2009, Peter Cavicchia III of JPMorgan used Metropolis to monitor employee communications and alert the insider threat team when an employee showed any signs of potential disgruntlement: the insider alert team would further scrutinize the employee and possibly conduct physical surveillance after hours with bank security personnel.

The Metropolis team used emails, download activity, browser histories, and GPS locations from JPMorgan owned smartphones and their transcripts of digitally recorded phone conversations to search, aggregate, sort, and analyze this information for any specific keywords, phrases, and patterns of behavior.

In 2013, Cavicchia may have shared this information with Frank Bisignano who had become the CEO of First Data Corporation.

Palantir Metropolis was succeeded by Palantir Foundry.

I know abt this.
it's encoded into the assignment.
🤔

images(23).jpg
Revealed in a 2018 Bloomberg expose, in 2009 Palantir was contracted by investment banksters JPMorgan as part of their insider threat program, at the time led by a Secret Service Officer Peter Cavicchia III, to not only put JPMorgan's workforce under realtime surveillance using Palatir's Metropolis system (predecessor to Foundry) but to begin predictively modelling who might be "disgruntled" on the basis of, for example: the time they swiped in for work, tracking gps locations, browser history, digital analysis of words used in emails and phone conversations, etc.

Even more alarming was that this realtime surveillance went well beyond work hours and included physically surveiling JPMorgan's employees after hours at their homes.

Palantir's contract with the New Orleans police department in 2012, took these clandestine surveillance/predictive modelling antics even further by developing ways to predictively identify private citizens likely to commit crimes, à la: Minority Report²⁰⁰².

It is axiomatic that anybody who can accurately predict our behaviour can effectively influence/control our behaviour too, which ought to be extremely concerning for everyone–everywhere considering the proactively flagrant misconduct by JPMorgan, Palantir & NOPD, yet furthermore by the exceedingly questionable track records of practically all nation's governments, and as such it ought to be anticipated that the temptation for any state to assume the role of that agent of influence/control is an inevitability.

dunno if this is what u meant but here goes
the titan was the device used to slingshot the USS Mirfak thru the escapulating suctioning of the earth when the dome was pressing and releasing during its final birthing pains Of the death of earth.
I may not have used the title titan but it was the exact same.
using corrodinated points the uss mirfak as main reactor excellerated the expulsion of the huge megolithic craft thru the tare between the horizon and sky line as the earth collapsed within itself.
The Titan operates very similarly, now I dunno of the military titan can do such things but if u look at the triangulation of earth's recent earthquakes it's also evident that such technology does in fact exist.
What has always baffled me is how humans hear of a particular tech and think nah they don't really & then when sum thing geological happens they completely forget abt the tech that is said to potentially create such enormous monstrosities of destruction.
Ancient warlords knew that no matter how much technology they acquired nothing was more powerful than natural weather phenomenon and after many thousands of years they were able to incorporate the two as a half assed attempt at reverse engineering divine laws of the cosmos.
And as I wrote in the assignment, these devices places strategically along the ley lines would definitely cause the earth to eviscerate itself from existence.
And knowing tesla damned near brought down, either Philadelphia or Chicago with a reverse engineered prototype, what do they have now and why won't anyone put two and two together outside of a synopsis of such tech and use.
And why hasn't mankind found the courage to challenge the future again?
It's like we want to know such things exist but not that they actually work.
viscous circle jerk, imo.

"President Donald J. Trump today proclaimed the birthday of the Rebbe, Rabbi Menachem M. Schneerson, of righteous memory, as Education and Sharing Day, USA, paying homage to the Rebbe’s life, legacy and vision for humanity."

“This Education and Sharing Day, U.S.A, we draw inspiration from … Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson,” the President wrote. “ … All Americans can learn from his tireless devotion to teaching, good deeds, and charity.”

"Noting the Rebbe’s stature as “a transformational teacher” and “spiritual force” who revived the worldwide Jewish community in the wake of the Holocaust, Trump also paid tribute to the Rebbe’s emissaries “dedicated to spreading Jewish awareness, education and kindness in communities around the world” who continue to “serve as beacons of the Rebbe’s teachings and boundless love for all humanity.”

"If you look deeply enough into Trump's 2025 RELO Plan for Palestinians in Gaza, you will find hints of Bible prophecy."

"Even the Sanhedrin recognize this fact while most people look into the media for truth which has been tainted with propaganda lies."

"The first hint that comes to mind is from Yitro, in the Book of Shemot 18:"

Exodus 18:10-11"

"(10) “Blessed be יהוה,” Jethro said, “who delivered you from the Egyptians and from Pharaoh, and who delivered the people from under the hand of the Egyptians."

"(11) Now I know that יהוה is greater than all gods, yes, by the result of their very schemes against [the people].”

"Letter from the Nascent Sanhedrin to President Donald J. Trump"

"Jerusalem, Wednesday, February 12, 2025"

"Dear Honorable President Donald Trump,
May Hashem, the Creator, bless you and your nation!"

"We extend our heartfelt gratitude for bringing faith to the forefront of American and global culture through the establishment of the Faith Office in the White House."

"Your recognition of the importance of religion in public life is a step toward restoring moral values and spiritual leadership in the world."

"The Universal Moral Code
The Book of Genesis has a profound message of unity and divine purpose for humanity through three fundamental principles:"

"1. One God – To recognize the cause of all causes (Genesis .)1:1"

"2. One First Man – To affirm the basic equal rights of humanity (Genesis 1:26)."

"3. One Basic Law – To establish universal principles of justice (Genesis 2:16)."

*Without a constructive moral framework, humanity descends into violence and destruction, as exemplified by Cain’s murder of Abel (Genesis 4:8)."

"Every nation has unique strengths and resources, yet no nation is self-sufficient. Without a Universal Ethical Common Code, people resort to war and oppression to obtain what they need."

"With such a code, nations engage in spiritual commerce and a race for virtue."

"The First Commandment and the Seven Laws of Noah
The first time the word “commandment” appears in the Bible is when Hashem commanded Adam:"

“And the Lord God commanded the man, saying: Of every tree of the garden you may freely eat.” (Genesis 2:16)"

"This verse alludes to the seven universal laws that form the foundation of ethical behavior for all humanity."

"These laws reflect seven of the Ten Commandments."

"These ethical principles were reaffirmed at Mount Sinai when Hashem revealed Himself to the world, and our ancestors witnessed this divine event."

"The Jewish, Christian, Muslim and all monotheistic traditions recognize the divine revelation at Mount Sinai as a foundational moment in history."

"When Hashem gave the Children of Israel the Torah, He provided an ethical standard for the entire world."

"This standard is known as the Seven Commandments of Noah, which form the basis of universal morality."

"The Seven Noahide Laws are a set of divine commandments given to Noah and his descendants, and they apply to all of humanity."

"They form a basic moral code that promotes a just and ethical society for all people."

"These laws are:"

"Prohibition of Idolatry: Worshipping anything other than the One God."

"Prohibition of Blasphemy: Cursing or disrespecting God."

"Prohibition of Murder: Taking innocent human life.Prohibition of Adultery/Sexual Immorality: Maintaining the sanctity of marriage and family."

"Prohibition of Theft: Respecting the property of others."

"Prohibition of Eating Flesh from a Live Animal: Treating all living creatures with respect."

"Requirement to Establish Courts of Justice: Implementing a system of law and order."

"When a person accepts the Seven Noahide Laws, they receive divine blessings:"

"A Neshama (Soul)–The soul that animates the body and connects a person to Hashem."

"Righteous Among the Nations–A person who upholds these laws is considered righteous and honored before Hashem."

"A Share in theWorld to Come–Those who follow these principles merit a place in the hereafter."

"Enclosed with this letter, we have included the Universal Ethical Common Code (UECC), which outlines the benefits of adopting the Seven Commandments of Noah."

"The Role of Ethics in Business
A businessman who commits to being Honest and Good in the Eyes of Hashem will seek trustworthy partners."

"Who would he prefer to do business with?"

"An atheist who may cheat and deceive?"

"Or someone committed to Hashem, who upholds honesty and integrity?"

"A business owner will seek to hire workers who are loyal and committed to the success of the enterprise."

"A worker will prefer to work for an employer who ensures fairness and ethical treatment."

"By aligning economic relationships with divine morality, business and ethics become intertwined, fostering prosperity and trust."

"The Cyrus-Trump Coin and Your Historic Role"

"In 2017, the Nascent Sanhedrin minted a special coin featuring your image on one side and Cyrus the Great on the other."

"This symbolized your historic role, likened to that of Cyrus, who was chosen by Hashem to fulfill a divine mission."

"The Chinese appreciated this idea so much that they reproduced and sold millions of copies of these coins and other products featuring your image alongside Cyrus the Great."

"You have been elected, as Cyrus was in his time, to fulfill a heavenly mission:"

"To unite all believers in God and foster ethical cooperation across all spheres of human activity."

"A Call to Establish an International Divine Court – IDC."

"We invite you to meet with the Sanhedrin Court Rabbis in Jerusalem to discuss the establishment of an International Divine Court (IDC) for all nations."

"This court would be based on the seven universal commandments given to Noah and reaffirmed at Mount Sinai—a foundation for global peace and divine justice."

"May Hashem bless you with wisdom, strength, and success in your divine mission."

"Rabbis of the Sanhedrin"
-"Rabbi Daniel Stawsky Hacohen"
-"Rabbi Meir Halevi"
-"Rabbi Erel Segal-Halevi"
-"Rabbi Ben Abrahamson"
-"Rabbi Roee Zaga"
-"Rabbi Boaz Melet"
-"Rabbi Nadav Sofy"

"Go tell it to the mountains! Every pastor, rabbi, and Bible teacher needs to share this prophetic letter from the Sanhedrin."

"Don't look at the Gaza situation with your physical eyes and ears; ask HaShem to show you His Wisdom in prayer."

"World peace comes by Divine law and order."

"We must teach the entire world that every non-Jewish nation must ascribe to the 7 Noahide Laws as mentioned above."

"In Light of this clarification, we can see that there is no excuse for the UN and EU not to officially condemn Hamas for their terrorism."

"We must not allow this error to continue. Someone has to be accountable for this gross oversight."

"Please read this book to understand the basic facts, and contact your senators and legislators to see to it that Hamas is internationally condemned for their terrorist behaviors: "Jewish Palestine/Arab Palestine: Second Edition."
