So the scoring works by awarding one “run” for each category you win. If you get 25 HRs and your opponent that week gets 10, you still only get rewarded with one run for that category, with 10 runs up for grab each week.

Can you adjust the lineup each day, or does it have to be set at the beginning of the week and stay the same the whole week?

you can adjust everyday. You can also adjust a Number of days out. however, yahoo marks that days starting pitchers up to four or five days out. So doesn’t make too much sense to do that.
i believe the draft order is computer generated 30 minutes before the draft.
