Thanks for sharing and I have a question for those that have served. Is it common to see transfers/promotions, for someone that has served for so long, to happen so quickly? It seems he was either brilliant or wore out his welcome in under 2 years in most places. Perhaps the classic, "If you can't fire them, promote them".
