Here’s the thing though that I am starting to realize. You cannot look at this grid in two dimensions. There is a huge difference in Authoritarian Communism and Anarcho Communism. Or even if you called it National or Local Communism. And once you get to something like Anti Authoritarian Communism you are not far at all from Libertarian.

I think if a large enough group of people attempted to rebrand their political belief system to something that they are “not expected” to be a part of, it would blow the minds of the entire system.

I’ve been trying to work on this idea some. What if libertarians just started calling themselves Anti-authoritarian socialists. Or Nationalists started calling themselves Local Communists. You don’t need to change anything about the underlying belief system, just co-opt their nomenclature.

It’s a “psy-op” I’ve been thinking about. It’s what the radical leftists have done for years by just rebranding ideas with different words in order to completely disrupt the true meaning of that word. “Nationalist” is a great example.

In the meantime, I consider myself the sole member of this new political party I call the “Free Radicals”

All economic systems exist for the same purpose.

Its probably a good thing I don’t live close enough to able to grab booze and swing by.

Fucking catreaper is passed out on the floor of the office. We couldn’t get him up and so we just left him there
He looked fucked that last minute or so sitting there.

Its Jerry’s fault. We all saw him poring it down @catreaper’s throat.

They attempt to answer the fundamental economic question which is just a fancy way of defining what makes people happy.

Again though we have the constrained thinking of: it’s either A or B. There are really an infinite number of ways to do things. Even if you look at it as all the possible combinations of blending A and B.

Agreed. Was just sharing the video because he talks about the central economic question.

I think we’ve all seen first hand on here I’m not much for traditional economic stances, especially when it comes to being a “white nationalist” like most folks would label me.

I too am a white nationalist. I’m a half-Jewish white nationalist to be more specific. I love my nation, despite what the bureaucracy has become

It’s on its way back.

There are good folk, with great ideas, ready to do the hard work to wrestle this thing back into shape.

I’m pumped for Monday to get that package.

I’m going to look into what the cost would be to hit these rallies. I don’t fly but I think flying would be a wasted opportunity anyways cuz if I drive I could stop in tons of places, identify advertisement locations, and hand out swag as I go.

We just need to walk in to places, say hello, start the conversation, and leave a good taste. The rest will follow easily.

Yep as soon as I get business cards I’ll send you 1000. Also, I’m just now realizing how good Taco Bell fire sauce really is

I picked up wicked heartburn as of late and I’m giving up things left and right.

I wouldn’t even want to try that shit nowadays or I’d hate myself more than I normally do.

I just sleep on a massive pile of pilllows. It’s pretty shameful to make sleeping arrangements so I can enjoy late night snacking, but here we are

I have like three rooms in the house made up for me to sleep in based on how I’m feelings, when I plan on waking up, ect.

We aren’t allowed to sleep together or use the same bathroom for 72 hours after she gets treatment (like she did Tuesday) so I’ve really let that get outta hand in my pursuit of being a fat kid.

I figured out years ago that it was actually the only reason I go to TBell. It doesn't matter what I order, all tastes the same anyway, just make sure there are at least 20 packets of fire sauce in the bag.

This is what I think every time I hear someone say “let the market decide / bear out” or “balanced budget”.

I think it’s pretty clear I don’t believe America’s economy is “pure capitalism”.

It’s others that seemingly don’t understand this especially when they say thing like I’ve previously noted.

I’m not really a big government fan either. I’m not sure where you come away with that from the above?

“Anti-authoritarian communism” is not possible. It is not simply a coincidence that every attempt to impose socialism (the precursor to communism) has resulted in totalitarianism. That has happened because it essentially has to happen. Socialism will not work economically given basic human nature, and therefore socialists/communists in power inevitably try to change human nature (including by trying to change and replace the culture) and make it so that people will work and produce when they don’t benefit from doing so. That’s why Mao had his Great Cultural Revolution, why the Soviets shut down outside info, controlled the flow of information, suppressed opposing voices and sent them to camps or killed them and propagandized to create the “New Socialist Man,” etc.

Just pulling your chain.

you might have a little more Keynesian in you, where I tend to lean to least amount of govt intervention is optimal (and especially bloated bureaucratic crony spending at the federal level.)
Take the infrastructure bill that is likey to be forced upon the American people. We already have a study showing it adds no value to the economy.

We could see a situation where neither pass and the debt ceiling isn’t raised.

After all the crying about how bad things are going to be (not by yourself) Puddin might not sign another major piece of leg in his illegitimate term.
