He discovered the intelligence community grew too powerful during the cold war, and therein created an internal threat to the actual government. With their ability to keep secrets, take money without explaining why, use violence and kill without explaining why, and control certain parts of the military - -the CIA was absurdly powerful and was taking control of the government it was meant to protect. Since the USSR was using absolutely any means -- any -- at all to defeat the USA, the CIA was needed to have a finger in everything, know everything, and be a pinnacle of intelligence of everything.
Obviously, as you can see, it was a threat to the executive branch and subjugated the president. When JFK was subjugated, he resisted and was swiftly killed. That's it. It's not complicated or concealed, it's rather obvious.
We're today until a rule of a shadow government which isn't elected. Democracy is a convenient fraud of actors, acting, telling you whatever you need to hear, showing you whatever you need to see, in order to go along with what the IC wants.
