Agree OP. Truly is a great movie on so many levels. It perfectly shows the world we live in today.
People today want the feeling of safety and happiness, even though they know it isn't real. Their government ( The Matrix) is only using them .
Fun Fact- I've watched all the Matrix movies, in whole or in part, probably 500 times easily ( not much to do at the old fire station sometimes lol ).
