Unfortunately, I'm not sure it will. If nothing else, maybe what it would do would change the voters perspective on things, and help them to realize that they need to work on restoring things in our country, while removing the nonsense. Left unchecked, I doubt the government and intel agencies would do anything better on behalf of the people.
