The 1st and 2nd Ammendments are certainly huge obstacles for them. The left continues their efforts to chip away at both. Our founding fathers were some wise mfers.
Yep the 2A is there to protect the1A and with some of the rulings out of SCOTUS lately I see them chipping away at the 2A a lot over the next 4 years.
I agree, though I like the direction our states are taking with shall issue carry permits and Constitutional carry. A few liberal states are lost on 2nd Ammendment issues, but the majority have been moving the right direction, at least as it pertains to concealed carry.
Which cases you talking?
Caniglia v. Strom made me feel a lot better about the situation TBH.
