Where do you order this? I feel like it’s a pro move if you do it.I stopped coffee about 6-7 years ago. I only drink organic Japanese Sencha green tea in rolled whole leaf form. Spectacular and full of caffeine.

I bring water up to a boil and then steep it for 3 minutes for the first brewing. Strain it and that’s my morning cup plus a couple extra cups. I then resteep the leaves a second time for 4 minutes. I will chill that and have iced tea in the afternoon. It’s soooo fucking good for you.

I can go along with thatYou are all wrong. There’s coke. Just coke. And it comes in all kinds of flavors. Dr Pepper, Sprite, RC, Regular, Root Beer, Orange, 7up, Grape, Pepsi, etc.
I wish I could do thisUsed to do both coffee and tea. Came off caffeine a little over a year ago, though.

I know it's not right to say this, But I would lump it with the Black Coffee option. Add some more water to your Espresso and you get the AmericanoWhere’s the espresso option OP? Two doubles a day keep the pee per okay.
I do not have very many vices at age 45, so I am not going to eliminate caffeine from it now, but it isn't the worst idea to do so.Used to do both coffee and tea. Came off caffeine a little over a year ago, though.
You can. It was a rough two weeks or so coming off of it when I did, but after I did I found that I much preferred the steady energy throughout the day rather than the constant rise and crash of caffeine. By all means, you do you... not trying to convince you to ditch caffeine, but if it's something you're wanting to do, take it from an ex caffeine junkie, it's definitely possible.I wish I could do this
Yeah I've tried to quit multiple times, but it's nice to have before a workout. It's also hard to pass up free coffee at work or a soda included with a combo mealYou can. Preworkout
It really is great stuff. You will learn to steep it to your taste. The longer it steps the more bitter it could become.
