God could use his Israelites to take them out as he's done in the past to the Canaanites and their descendants. Or he could do it himself. He doesn't specify but if it's a promise meaning it will be done 100% down to the last child I'm going to say it's more than likely going to be him or an angel. Like the angel that wiped out an entire army of 185,000 soldiers in seconds in the bible. Therefore, I select to save my bullets as their time is near and their punishment is in hell.
