Falcons GM and Coach search

Before I start, I know the falcons and 1980 suck, blah blah blah.

My question is a matter of strategy. Under the new rule, if the falcons hire fontenot from New Orleans the saints get 2 compensatory 3rd round picks in consecutive drafts.

Would you hire any minority from a division foe knowing they get 4 picks in the next 2 drafts?

No. I'd hire Mullen or someone else thats considered an offensive guy and relatively cheap on money and picks.
