Pat Flood (@rebarcock) passed away 9/21/25. Pat played a huge role in encouraging the devolopmemt of this site and donated the very first dollar to get it started. Check the thread at the top of the board for the obituary and please feel free to pay your respects there. I am going to get all the content from that thread over to his family so they can see how many people really cared for Pat outside of what they ever knew. Me too. Doubt it was totally random, but who knows. Great shot, again...if he hadn't hit him in the head, he might have been killed as well.

Heart shot. Impressive. He trains well and that showed.
Yep. Saved his own life that day, no doubt. He tried to block the gun from pointing at him, briefly. Then he very quickly ran to cover without turning his back to the gun, while drawing his weapon. Followed by just an excellent shot when he saw the gun again, all in a matter of like 2 seconds. Dude kept his head the entire time.
