Chicago is actually fucked. There is no way of fixing things now. Keep an eye on how many police quit/retire and businesses closing and moving out. Prayers sent to anyone dumb enough to not have moved out of Chicago.

Need to add that I heard the kids that stole the car and then wrecklessly drove it into another car killing a 6 mo old kid.... they are going to be charged with trespassing.
