They're are going to get people to give up their cars by 2030 or so only for these people to find out, 1) they can't afford to buy one, 2) they can't afford the electricity to use one, and 3) only the ultra rich will have them. Thus, making US streets look like Soviet streets when only the elites and gov't officials had a car...remember, back before the Berlin Wall fell.
