Haha, I love the energy in this! If you want to be the most bad-ass guy at the gym, it really comes down to consistency and pushing your limits, but not in a way that hurts your body. I’ve learned that over time—when I started lifting heavier and adding more cardio, I felt like I was leveling up. I also found exercise.com when I needed a solid way to track my progress. It helped me structure my workouts better and get the most out of every session. Honestly, seeing that progress on the app motivates me to keep going.
