Was a Green Screen, and/ or some type of CG, Yes.
Cause we all know he is safe with that Boeing E-4 (from other night), and/ or AF1, and if not in Abilene anymore then somewhere safe nowhere near DC.
He is not at the WH, DC or anywhere near there.
