Civil Rights investigations launched against states banning indoor masking

The Department of Education's Office for Civil Rights has opened an investigation into states barring school mask mandates to determine whether those rules discriminate against students with disabilities who are at higher risk of getting seriously ill from COVID-19.

Obvious Lee....... b/c the guy who asked them to open it is a Racist. He even called his black advisor a BOY TODAY. Shirley this will be an open an close case as he openly makes it daily.
OP the civil rights division looks into "Racism" and he asked them to investigate......
They should also investigate all the vaccination mandates, in that case...those disproportionally affect people with disabilities, as well as the black and hispanic communities.

Perhaps they should launch an investigation against the states that restrict 70% of black people from going to events, eating at restaurants, etc.
