It’s true. It’s not just the trafficking aspect. One thing these state entities do is make money on adoptions. If the child is from a stable family it’s harder to get the child back because the child is easier to make money on in adoption. They will work 10x harder to get a kid from a troubled environment reunited than they will a kid from a stable home. It’s all about $$$.
