I have to question the order in which the evidence was collected. Today, he was sentenced after a plea deal. Which for all intents and purposes was unneeded by the prosecution. "Dead to rights" they had him.
Still for the life of me, I can't figure out how they would have come to the conclusion, with this guy in particular, without a blanket and unconstitutional cell phone data query.
Fruit of the poisonous tree, perhaps.
I have no doubt the dude is guilty, it is the path that I question.
