Caught a few hundred over the weekend on one of the ponds I fish. This pond is on my lease where we caught them. They weren’t the size I was hoping for but the water temp is getting close.

This is a pond I own that I stocked 3 years ago with crappie it’s 1 year away from catching decent sized fish.

My father in law had a travel trailer there. Brown's fish camp. We caught a lot of crappie's over the years. I caught a 5 1/2, and a 6 lb bass in ten minutes one morning. I quit for the day. Got my picture in the local magazines.

I like fishing of pretty much any kind but I haven’t been crappie fishing for awhile. Luckily my old man crappie fishes a lot so I typically have a freezer full. I usually join him for bass fishing though. We’re in 4 bass tourneys this year. First one a couple weeks away.
