Lol doubtful 17 states go to war with their federal government over a couple thousand jobs.
Crypto currencies or defunding the military would be more likely.
I honestly don’t think there would be a war. You could get a lot of people on board with something like that through a legislative effort. It would most likely end in some kind of Brexit quagmire, but would at least get the ball rolling
I find that unlikely but at least this is a more reasonable take than I normally read on the issue.
