Who ordered the military to occupy DC? The mayor can invite the national guard, but can he/she/it take it to this level? Biden doesn’t have the authority. To my knowledge, Trump hasn’t said he did. Has to be Trump’s civilian leadership right? Are they in charge or is Trump?
