When I was working as a pro, this time of year was when I was really able to get out and play. Especially in the northeast where I was working. I usually have a blackberry brandy or a whiskey bottle that stays in the golf bag until spring.

There shouldn’t be any either. If you don’t mind playing in chilly weather, it is the best time to be out there. It is the weather that keeps all the fair weather knuckleheads home. A couple Bloody Mary’s or maybe a shot or two of something will take care of the chill.
